I’m a Registered Master Social Worker living and working on Treaty 6 Territory and the Homeland of the Métis.
I grew up in Prince Albert and later moved to Saskatoon to complete my Bachelor’s degree. Before offering therapy, I spent 6 years in the justice system doing victim services work before transitioning into the world of therapy after grad school.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me leaning into what helps me feel grounded—coaching bootcamps or working out at my favorite local gym, Rise Strength Lab, reading oracle cards or deepening my spiritual practice somehow, spending time with friends at concerts or our houses, working with the You Are More Project, and/or relaxing at home with my cat, Jolene.
