You were made to rise — not disappear under the weight of what you carry.

So many women are leading full lives.

You’re building dreams, navigating pressure, raising families, holding businesses together, showing up for your teams, carrying emotional load no one sees, and doing your best to stay connected to the woman inside all of it.

The world asks you to keep going.
To be everything.
To sacrifice your time, your peace, your softness, your needs.

But you already know the truth:

Leadership was never meant to cost you your life.

There is another way — a way rooted in alignment, clarity, and self-respect.
A way where success and integrity live side by side.
A way where women rise without losing themselves.

This is why the Co-Lab exists.

What the Co-Lab Is

The Feminine Leadership Co-Lab is a monthly leadership experience for women who are ready to grow, lead, and evolve — without burning out, shutting down, or carrying the world alone.

It is a community of women leading full lives…
who want to rise with intention, depth, and a rhythm that honours the whole human behind the leader.

No pressure.
No perfection.
No self-abandonment.

Just clarity.
Support.
Steady growth.
And a place to land that doesn’t require you to shrink or perform.

This is not a membership.
This is not content overload.
This is not hustle culture dressed in pink.

This is leadership in its truest form — grounded, relational, aligned.

What’s Included

1. Monthly Co-Lab Session

Live Virtual Session • 90 minutes

A guided leadership experience each month where we explore one feminine leadership principle in depth.

You’ll be led through:

  • a focused teaching

  • real conversation

  • a reflective practice

  • a letter-writing or journaling prompt

  • a grounded takeaway you can apply immediately

Nothing heavy.
Nothing overwhelming.
Just depth, clarity, and the kind of wisdom that shifts the way you lead.

2. Monday Leadership Check-Ins

Weekly on Mondays

Start your week with grounding instead of chaos.

These check-ins are your space to bring:

  • decisions you’re navigating

  • boundaries you’re holding

  • pressure points you’re carrying

  • questions about life, work, or leadership

  • or simply the desire to reconnect to yourself

A gentle but powerful place to return to your center — consistently.

Rising doesn’t require pushing.
It requires support.

3. Quarterly Feminine Leadership Circles

In-person in Saskatoon + Toronto

Seasonal gatherings where women come together in real life for connection, reflection, and community.

These circles feel like exhaling.
Like being understood without explanation.
Like remembering who you are outside of your roles.

Warm, honest, intimate, and deeply restorative.

Co-Lab members get first access to circle seats each season.

The Transformation

The Co-Lab helps women shift from:

Self-sacrifice → Self-leadership
Over-functioning → Boundaried excellence
Burnout → Sustainable power
Loneliness → Community
Pressure → Presence
Chaos → Clarity
Ambition alone → Ambition with alignment

This is where women rise without disappearing.
This is where you stop carrying it all alone.
This is where leadership becomes a homecoming.

Who This Is For

The Co-Lab is designed for:

  • women leading full lives

  • women with vision and depth

  • women who carry a lot

  • women who want success without collapse

  • women who long for support that feels human, warm, and intelligent

  • women stepping into their next chapter

  • women who are strong, but tired of being strong alone

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to know what’s next.
You just need to be willing to lead yourself differently.

💬 What Women Are Saying

“I gained knowledge on how to better my organization with collaboration, advocacy and personal growth. I am more aware of the power of building strong relationships and inclusion perspective. I also met wonderful ladies who lead with influence and it has boosted my confidence”

💬 What Women Are Saying

It was impactful for me to spend time with women I could learn from before I even knew I needed to learn some of the things I did.

Talking about women's income and spending was hugely impactful to me as a business owner and consumer and helped me deconstruct my unhelpful beliefs and shame around how I spend, charge, and earn.
