The Well Co-Lab is a small, intentionally curated room for women leading, building, growing and making decisions, who want to do it differently.
Because we know intuitively that there is a better way, and while it includes our existing values:

Rest over constant production.
Community over individualism.
Truth over keeping the peace.
Reciprocity over women endlessly giving.

There are lots of places for women to network.
There are memberships filled with content, courses and more things to keep up with.
This isn't that.
The Co-Lab is a place to practise a different model of leadership.
One where we don't have to compete, perform, pretend to know everything or carry everything alone.
We get a small group of thoughtful, experienced women in a room and create enough trust to talk about what is actually happening.

Each month we'll explore an aspect of Living Matriarchy, and then bring it directly into our real lives.
There may be a short teaching, reflection or question to begin, but this isn't a webinar.
The wisdom is in the room.
We use the theme as a doorway into conversations about what we're actually navigating: leadership, business, money, capacity, relationships, opportunities, boundaries, growth and all the complicated places they intersect.

Living Matriarchy can't be practiced without relationship.
The Co-Lab is intentionally limited to approximately 12 women.
Not because exclusivity is the goal.
Because depth is.
I want to know who is in the room before we begin, what you do, where you are in your work, what you're navigating and what you hope this space can support.
