A place for women to find each other and grow together.

The Well is a community of women building businesses, careers, families, ideas and lives that matter to them.

For years, we’ve created spaces for women to meet, have honest conversations, support one another and build relationships that extend far beyond the room.

Today, The Well is simpler.

There are two main ways to be part of it:

The Well Co-Lab — go deeper with a small group of women.

The Well CoLab is a small, intentional, application-based group for women who want more depth, conversation, accountability and support in the work and life they’re building.

It is not a networking group or another place to collect contacts.

It’s a room where you can bring the real stuff:

  • The decision you’re trying to make.

  • The opportunity you’re considering.

  • The challenge you can’t quite solve.

  • The growth you’re navigating.

  • The parts of leadership that are harder to talk about anywhere else.

Together, we bring our own experience, questions and wisdom to the conversation.

The Co-Lab is intentionally small so we can really know one another and build the kind of trust that allows meaningful conversations to happen.

The Well has always been about more than networking.

We believe relationships matter.

We believe there is room for all of us.

We believe women can support, refer, hire, collaborate with and champion one another without competition.

We believe success can be meaningful without requiring us to sacrifice ourselves to achieve it.

And we believe community works best when it belongs to everyone in it.

The Well exists to help good women find each other.

The Well began around tables and in rooms full of women.

That part isn’t disappearing.

There may still be circles, coffee dates, dinners, workshops and other gatherings when there is capacity, excitement and something meaningful to bring women together around.

But there won’t be a packed calendar or pressure to keep up.
