I am the owner of Okami Martial Arts, one of a few female owned martial arts studios in the province. I have been training in martial arts for 16 plus years and have personally experienced the transformative power of movement and martial arts. Through my trauma training with Wilfred Laurier University and my work with our Women Empowered program, I now help other women find themselves again. My mission is to empower women to reclaim their confidence, strength, and sense of self.
