Chelsea Stebner is a business owner in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, who has learned some big lessons along the way. Along with her, she has 3 fellow shareholders who were all ‘put in arranged marriage’ to take over Parr Auto Body, a local business since 1952. Chelsea is passionate about people, and her why is making a difference and being in business gives her the opportunity to impact the community through donations, volunteerism and leadership. She cares deeply about her team and her community and has served as the Board Chair for 2 years (2024-2026) with the NSBA, Saskatoon’s Business Association. She has also served 2 terms on the CCIF (Canadian Collision Industry Form) for her industry. She lead her team through COVID and an increase in sales of about 30% since taking over the business.
Chelsea is married to Mark, mom to two daughters and their family is rounded out with 2 very well loved labrador retrievers. She loves the lake, camping, baking and reading.
She has many stories and lessons to share (and many more to learn); succession planning, business buy out, partners and shareholders, impacting community and all things employee related plus raising a family through all of it and discovering late diagnosis neuro divergence in her family.
