She helps women heal their relationship with themselves using her framework, the Ruthless Compassion Project, blending nervous system-led mentoring with practical tools for real life transformation. Through one on one sessions, group mentoring, workshops, and speaking engagements, Carla supports women in reclaiming their voice, identity, and inner authority, both personally and professionally.

When she’s off the clock, Carla is likely rehearsing for a musical, dancing salsa, talking about mindset over coffee or wine, and planning her next trip somewhere with sunshine, ocean views, great food and her favourite people.
