As I left the healthcare system after 11yrs, my husband and I decided to take our future and make it exactly what we wanted by partnering with friends, family, business partners and buying real estate (think apartment buildings). That way everyone gets a piece of the pie and I get to decide how to spend my time, most of which is with my two girls (Hazel and Ellie), and our lab (Murphy) out on our acreage in the garden!
