Intentional Yoga with Molly

As women, our bodies often crave less of certain things, and more of others. Think less brain chatter, more attuned presence. Less quick paced, more slow and intentional movements. Less outward thinking, more internal reflection. Less closed hearts, more open and expressive on all levels. 

I deeply care about how you feel. I care that you are supported, that you feel safe to express yourself, and that you feel held in the space I create.

I teach yoga and self empowerment to teen girls, through an amazing program called Girlvana Yoga. This style of my teaching will flow into these classes for you women at The Well. Never done a yoga class? No problem! Been practicing for years? Rad! This is an all levels class - where all women of all backgrounds and bodies are welcome. 
Through movement we can unlock some of the barriers built up in our bodies, which leaves space for more clarity, joy, and aliveness. 

I can’t wait to spend our morning together!
